My analysis is in this color, and the words that resonate with me are highlighted.

why is Richard in this situation? 

4 of Swords: You enter the steel crypt with trepidation. Keywords: self-care, rest and recuperation, peace and quiet, a debilitating situation.

I need to look a couple of words up.

Buer has multiple meanings:

• Demon
• buer (plural buers) (UK, archaic, slang, often derogatory) A woman, especially a sexually promiscuous one.

2. It seems like that card is describing the situation he is in, and not how he got there.  I would certainly be thinking about eternal rest if i was in his situation.  All we have to do to know he's in a debilitating situation is look at his pictures so i feel the card is accurate.

How is this situation going to turn out?

This could go 2 ways; Richard will be set free after trial, or he is contemplating suicide, and will be set free upon death.

5:14  Is RA going to be found guilty? spiritual growth, material success/balance....is Gull in the Cult? lingering in both worlds, change in relations ...... IS RA a scapegoat? infinity/progress...is RA the fall guy? trafficking...will he rat anyone else out? perp collaboration, sold/money gain

Material success gives me hope that Richard will get true Justice if his small part in transactions for money is exposed.  True Justice would be for the killers to get caught.  If my past reads are correct, Lilith set him up, and she's involved as high priestess.  Idk, but it's for fun, isnt it? 

Lingering in both worlds makes me think Gull is part of the conspiracy in Delphi.  It's a little weird, but cool how the cards almost always say perp collaboration, finances, and trafficking.
