The cards surely gave lots of clues on this.
The purple words are my analysis. The highlighted parts are what stands out to be about the meanings. The blue words are the clarifier cards, and the underlined blue words are what stands out to me.
Libby's phone = emperor, hierophant, Moon... Emperor is a political or fatherly figure, hierophant is related to religion, and Moon is hidden. So the cards say Libby's phone was hidden by a political or fatherly figure, and a religious figure, imo. These clarifiers make me believe that it was used as a plant trafficking/financial choice, demon/disrupt, rich man/finances, SA...

I think that the cards are about Abby in the picture as it was a memory of an innocent time right before things turned sour. So very heartbreaking. The clarifiers paired with the card meanings make me think that it is some kind of plant.

It feels like the card meaning was how BG made Abby and Libby feel. This with the clarifiers make me think he was not a plant, but part of perp collaboration.

Slick Nick = 8 of pentacles...
Ole Nick has put a lot of work into this travesty of Justice occurring in Delphi so the card suits him. The clarifiers are telling. Yin Yang correlates with lingering in both worlds, yet he's unbalanced. Fire/burned makes me think he is also involved in all the set fires in that area. I believe he is in the Cult, and Justice is a sign of his job which he is corrupt in. To those sickos big sac" ri"fice is a way of spiritual growth, but it's growing spirit in a bad way as in the end, the Underworld deities will give him his Justice.

The World card reminds me of Logan's 3 cards that indicate Elvis did something to "move up in the world". I believe that Elvis is telling the truth about the horns. I think there is an unalive film on the dark web. He is willing to bear great burdens to achieve the sicko goals of that Cult.
